Its frustrating you have to check out after clicking on an item, rather than having a quick link on the side. Tried to use my rewards for a full price item and it says not valid during sales. If I earned the rewards by spending several hundred dollars, there shouldnt be restrictions. Makes it sound very gimmicky. App freezes, crashes and displays items that are out of stock.

I luv this app and store. This makes shopping so much easier

Easy to navigate, graphic design is awesome

The app itself is terrible - locks up constantly for starters and seems to have tons of bugs. If you do a custom search or filter your search selection - once you view an item you have to start the search over - back button does not take you to the previous page which makes it a pain - too time consuming....

I agree with some of the reviewers that the back button is not efficient enough to take it to the previous page . So the search has to be done all over again! Otherwise the app is good to browse!

Ive had issues before in using this app but seems to they have been resolved. I can login, browse, make payments. All with ease!!. Greatness!!

When I first started using this app it was alright because I wanted it so badly to work. But over the past weeks it has been terrible as previous reviewers have stated. I agree that it has many bugs which prolongs and frustrates the shopping experience. Recently I have not been able to load different color views as well as add select items to my bag. I even sent a email to customer service who state it is only a temporary problem. Over one month is a little more than temporary, you think! You are better off wasting your gas and drive to the store. SAVE YOUR TIME AND PEACE OF MIND.

I love this app. Havent had a problem yet. Love the store love the app. I can shop with out leaving the house. But can check to see if its available in the stores I go to.

Well, I havent been using the app very long but it takes too long to get where you want to be. Then I hate it will start you over to the beginning when you just want to just go back to the previous page or item. The app is frustrating. I use it because I like the store but may stop using the app because its slow and not user friendly.

Loved the app until they did an update a while back. Now when you click on an item to view and the go back button to keep viewing, even if you are on page 7 it will bring you right back to page one. This is very annoying. I do enjoy how easy it is to view and pay my credit card with the app.

New York & Company is my favorite store to purchase my clothes. For the most part the clothing is reasonable and really stays on trends. There are always sales and City Cash. I have found the app to be easy to navigate. I just wish there was a New York & Company close to me!
